Job description
We are a growing hospital and healthcare-technology team in Kondalampatty, Salem, looking for a versatile, energetic person who enjoys both technology and working with people. This is a multitasking role that combines software work, content creation and patient support in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Help build and maintain web and mobile applications using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) under guidance
- Test apps, report bugs, and assist with basic data entry and documentation
- Edit short videos and reels for our YouTube and social media channels (cutting, captions, thumbnails)
- Assist with patient interaction: greeting, guiding and explaining procedures to patients and attendants
- Support the nursing team with basic tasks such as dressing assistance, vitals recording and patient care (training will be provided)
- Handle general office and coordination tasks as needed
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA or a related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of programming and interest in learning AI-assisted app development
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar) is a plus
- Comfortable working in a hospital environment and dealing with patients
- Good communication in Tamil and English
- Willingness to multitask and learn new skills
